Acceptance

By creating a WaveEditor account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

License keys and domains

Each WaveEditor account receives a license key. Your key only works on domains you have whitelisted in your portal. You agree not to load WaveEditor on domains you do not control or have not whitelisted.

Plans and limits

Plans determine your maximum number of whitelisted domains and validations per month. Exceeding plan limits may result in service degradation or, after repeated violations, suspension of your key.

Acceptable use

• No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized redistribution of WaveEditor.
• No use of WaveEditor in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• No automated abuse of the validation endpoint beyond plan limits.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your portal or by contacting support; key access is revoked immediately upon account deletion.

Disclaimers

WaveEditor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on file.
